Volnay 2023

This Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune is elegant. It carries broad fruit and finesse sublimely. It opens with red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, layered with rose petals, subtle spice, and a faint earthy, almost iron-like depth that gives it shape. The palate is silky and finely detailed, with bright acidity and very fine tannins carrying the fruit in a long, flowing line, finishing elegant, airy, and precise.
