This is a structured, terroir-focused Pinot Gris from the steep volcanic slopes of Styria. The palate is shaped by tension and precision, with a firm mineral backbone, vivid acidity, and a fine grip. It shows a layered, savoury depth rather than overt fruit expression, building complexity through texture and site-driven character. The finish is long, dry, and sharply defined, with a persistent saline, stony edge and clear ageing potential.
