Pommard 2023
Pommard is a Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune, sourced from the village’s clay- and limestone-rich slopes that naturally bring structure and depth. It's full with darker-toned red fruit, like black cherry, ripe raspberry and plum, layered with violet, subtle spice and a faint earthy, slightly smoky undertone. The palate is more grounded than Volnay, with firmer tannins and a tighter core of acidity, giving it shape and grip through a long, structured finish that stays savoury and precise.
