Großes Gewächs Riesling 2022

Edelgraben is a dry biodynamically farmed Riesling from one of the estate’s top limestone and volcanic sites in the Pfalz. Citrus zest, green apple, white peach and crushed herbs are lifted by a distinct flinty and smoky reduction. The palate has piercing acidity, fine texture, and a deep mineral core that reflects its complex soils. A Riesling with great aging ability.
