This Weissburgunder from Claus is a precise and mineral-driven white wine from a top biodynamic site in Burgenland. Aromas of citrus peel, green apple and white flowers are layered with subtle herbal and flinty notes. The palate is energetic with bright acidity, fine texture, and a distinct saline, limestone-derived character. It's fresh, and focused, carrying a clean mineral line and excellent tension.
