Selvadoce's Crescendo is a 100% skin-contact Pigato, the Ligurian clone of the more widely-known Vermentino. This is a beautiful Mediterranean wine with an Alpine influence – think rich stone fruit meets salty minerality, along with notes of honey, flowers and a touch of spice.

We first came across the wines from Selvadolce, a small biodynamic farm in Bordighera on the coast of Liguria, in 2013 at a tasting in Champagne, and have been fans of the work of Aris Blancardi ever since.
