Controlled Chaos is a lively, low-intervention field blend from the volcanic slopes of Lake Balaton. This blend of Pinot Noir alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Furmint and small parcels of old-vine varieties. It shows a light, juicy structure with bright acidity and a gentle, crunchy texture that keeps everything energetic and fresh. Red berry fruit sits with subtle herbal and spicy notes. There's an exciting untamed character. The finish is crisp, lifted and easygoing, making it a highly drinkable and characterful natural wine.
