Blanc de Blanc 'Le Caqueray' 2020

Le Caqueray is made from Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims, made in a biodynamic style that prioritises precision and energy. It opens on a linear palate where vibrant acidity drives the wine forward and frames a fine chalky minerality. Citrus and green orchard fruit notes are present alongside subtle lees-derived complexity and a gentle saline touch. The finish is long, focused, and highly structured.
