Elias comes from a family winery that needs no introduction, but his journey into wine has already been shaped by many encounters with winemakers around the globe. In fact, our first encounter was back in 2021 when Elias was working at Domaine Christian Binner in Alsace for the season, using every possible minute of free time to visit fellow winemakers in and beyond the region.

Despite his young age, it’s impressive to see his attention to detail and his patience for giving his wines a longer time to mature in bottle.

For his debut cuvée, Elias was working (all by himself) with one of the family’s oldest and steepest Sauvignon Blanc parcels that naturally yields a small amount of grapes year on year. Since 2022 he has also released a new cuvée named 'Omnia' using the aromatic grapes of Styrian Muskat alongside the more textural and saline Sauvignon Blanc. Perhaps serendipitously after working with Elias for two vintages we are proud to say we now also represent the wines of Sepp & Maria Muster — which over the years will eventually grow into one big collection driven by the passion and talent of Elias and his parents' pioneering legacy. We can't wait for the ride!
