We've known Elias for a couple years now and have been eagerly waiting for his Sauvignon Blanc to arrive to us in the UK! As the son of the natural wine superstars Sepp & Maria Muster and having worked with producers like Christian Binner in Alsace, Elias Muster's winemaking capabilities far exceed what you would expect from his young age and we can't wait to see what's in store for his winemaking future.

Now back to the exciting arrival of the The Coprivus 2021! Elias worked one of the family's oldest and steepest Sauvignon Blanc parcels that naturally yields a small amount of grapes. His attentional to detail and patience for giving his wine a great length of maturation before bottling makes this a Sauvy-B you don't want to miss!
