A light and delicate skin-contact wine from the incredibly talented Nittnaus family! At only 10.5% alcohol, this Grüner is all about energy and fresh acidity, yet there's still some texture and soft tannins that plays joyfully on the palate. We recently tasted an older vintage from our cellar and were shocked at the level of depth it developed. An exciting wine from the always delightful Andi, Martin & Lydia!
