Thorsten Melsheimer

Rurale 2019

Thorsten Melsheimer has always had a fondness for sparkling wine, but wanted to find a way to make one naturally. The 'Rurale' cuvée achieves this goal, and combines the freshness of a pét-nat with the texture and complexity of traditionally made Sekt. The lees ageing together with the striking acidity of the Riesling grape make this an exciting option for anyone looking for a Sparkling Extravaganza. It's like Mozart meets Metallica.
