Waiting for Tom Rosé 2021
A consistent standout rosé in our wine range. Dark in colour but fresh in flavour, this Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt blend is perfect if you're looking for something in-between a rosé and chillable red. It reminds us of a lemon and red berry tart - zesty and fruity, but with an uplifting tang.
From biodynamically farmed parcels of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch in the Burgenland region of Austria. Direct pressed, the wine was aged on the lees in old barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
