So seductive! This take on 'glou-glou' from Domaine Inebriati saw Carignan grapes which Victor Beau would usually make into a fuller-bodied red, undergo fermentation by carbonic maceration, resulting in a super juicy, super comforting light red – blueberries, plums and a dusting of cocoa, all underlined by a savoury earthiness. We can't get enough of it!
