Domaine de l'Ecu (Fred & Claire Niger)

Germinus 2018

Some moods just call for a dark, broody, sophisticated red – enter, stage right, Germinus from Domaine L'Ecu. Perfumed violet and cooked strawberry on the nose, underpinned by subtle leather and liquorice notes. Soft and delicate tannins, along with a peppery spice make this the perfect wine for when you feel like brooding, contemplating, pondering, and other such things.
