An elegant and refined expression of Melon de Bourgogne, a grape that is undeservedly maligned, in my humble opinion. Salty seashells, green apple peel and freshly baked pastries, along with a racing acidity that makes you feel like you're walking down the beach with the sea breeze in your face.
