Bonsai 2022

If you know Blaufränkisch as a dark, spicy, full-bodied red wine, then get ready to have your world turned upside down. The grapes for this wine stem from tiny vines reminiscent of 'Bonsai' trees situated on limestone soils, hence the name. It's a translucent wine packed with character and salty notes - perfect for Pinot Noir lovers! Always in small quantities so you better hurry if you want to try a bottle of this game changer!
