The Analogue wines are a first for Michael and his partner Sonja and stand for experiments that don't require a specific idea of wine. These wines are made in limited quantities, with their n4 being a super tart and fresh Pinot Noir, bursting with the kind of energy that Wenzel's wines have become renowned for. Grapes were planted on limestone soil in a single parcel, and underwent semi-carbonic maceration before being aged in amphora on lees for 6 months.
