Klasika Neuburg

This is 100% Neuburger - an Austrian white variety that Milan is particularly passionate about working with. It can be a difficult grape to manage - requiring careful attention both in the vineyard and in the cellar, but Milan believes it expresses his terroir beautifully. Both textural and elegant, this is a great example of this variety

The grapes come from 12 - 15 year old vines planted on loess soils. The wine is fermented and aged in acacia and 600 litre oak barrels. A third of the barrels are new oak. The wine is bottled after 14 months without fining or filtration.

The grapes come from 10 year old vines planted on sandy clay soils. The wine was fermented and aged in 600 litre barrels for 13 months. A third of the barrels are new oak. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
